Aluminum Composite Material (ACM) is a multi-layer product consisting of a polyethylene (PE) or a fire-retardant (FR) core that’s fusion-bonded between two thin sheets of aluminum. Sure-Panel® Rainscreen
Get a crisp, clean look and low maintenance costs with the Rainscreen System. Rainscreen panels are Rout-and-Return fabricated panels installed with our proprietary Sure-Panel® aluminum extrusion system, producing a very sophisticated and clean appearance with no caulking or exposed fasteners. The rainscreen reveals can be designed using alternate colors as an accent to the panels. (PDF below this with details.)
Sure-Panel® Wet Seal
This system provides the ultimate in water and weather protection. Rout-and-Return panels are fabricated using mechanically fastened clips that attach to the building substructure. The panel joints are sealed with a silicone-based caulk for outstanding water and weather protection.
